Refund policy
AutoMarketer.com, effective October 14, 2026
The short version
Every AutoMarketer plan is a subscription that you can stop whenever you like, and every charge it produces is final. We return money only in the three situations described under the exceptions below. The demo on our homepage shows the autopilot working on a real website before you pay, so you can judge the output first.
Why payments are final
A monthly or annual plan buys access to the AutoMarketer autopilot, the cockpit and the channel connections for that billing period, within the limits shown on the Pricing page. The whole period is opened to you the moment it is paid. Whether the autopilot ran ten cycles or none during that time does not change what you bought, which is the availability of the service for the period.
When you subscribe you ask us to begin providing the service straight away, and you accept that any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right ends once the service has started.
Cancelling and renewals
Plans renew automatically. You can switch renewal off at any moment on your billing page, without writing to anyone. From then on nothing further is charged, and your workspace stays on its plan until the paid period runs out. There are no pro-rated returns for the days that remain.
Cancelling looks forward only. If a renewal has already gone through, cancelling afterwards prevents the following one and leaves the current charge in place. When a renewal payment fails, the amount is still owed for a period that has already begun, so the card is tried again over the next few days. Those retries collect one unpaid invoice and are not extra charges. A renewal collected after such retries is not refundable either. To avoid a renewal, turn it off before the date shown in your account.
Situations we do not refund
- You changed your plans, paused your marketing or no longer need the tool.
- The autopilot sat idle, or you never connected a channel, during a paid period.
- You forgot to switch off renewal, or switched it off just after a renewal.
- You expected a one-time payment. Every plan is recurring, which the pricing page, checkout, confirmation email and billing page all state.
- You disliked the tone, wording or results of AI-written posts, emails or ads. Generated output varies, and the demo lets you see it beforehand.
- Campaign results, reach or ad performance did not meet your expectations.
- Money you spent with an advertising network through a connected account. That spend is billed by the network, not by us.
- A feature that is not described on the Pricing page, or one that works differently from what you assumed.
- Choosing the wrong plan, billing period or number of sites.
- Someone else using your account, including a teammate you shared a login with.
The three exceptions
We return a charge, in whole or in part, only when one of these applies and the records support it.
- Double billing. A fault in our billing charged you twice for the same period.
- A charge you did not authorise, and can show. Your card was used without your permission, you tell us within 14 days of the charge, and the records described below confirm it. A statement alone does not settle the claim. We may ask you to confirm that you reported the misuse to your card issuer.
- The service stopped entirely. A confirmed fault on our side left AutoMarketer completely unusable for a continuous stretch, you told us while it was happening, and we could not fix it. Slower cycles, a single channel being unavailable, and problems with your own device, browser or network are not covered.
An approved return is capped at what you paid for the affected period, goes back to the card that was charged, and is the full extent of our liability for that charge. One approved return does not entitle you to another.
Asking for a review
Email support@automarketer.com from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge, with the date and amount and which exception you believe applies. Requests that arrive later, or through another route, are not reviewed. We handle them in the order they arrive and do not reopen requests that have been declined.
Records we keep
Creating an account means accepting our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and this policy is part of those Terms. Before payment the checkout shows the plan, the price, the billing period and the automatic renewal, and the confirmation email and billing page repeat them.
For each subscription we keep the time of purchase, the plan and price shown, your acceptance of the Terms, the emails we sent about it, and the activity log of the workspace: sign-ins, sites added, channels connected, autopilot cycles run and content published, with the technical details logged alongside each entry. Our payment operator keeps its own record of every charge, including the card's country of issue, where the payment came from and the outcome of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. Claims of an unauthorised charge are checked against these records.
Disputes with your bank
If a charge looks wrong, write to us first. Opening a chargeback without contacting us is a breach of our Terms of Service and leads to the account being closed permanently. When a dispute is opened, we send the records above to the card issuer.
Purchases made before this policy
Subscriptions bought before October 14, 2026 remain under the terms that applied on the day of purchase.
